One Arts Plaza

One Arts Plaza is a 24-story skyscraper located at 1722 Routh Street in the Arts District of downtown. The mixed-use building is easily recognizable by a large LED illuminated square on the east side of the building, which gradually changes colors. The building has the headquarters of 7-Eleven and features 65 residential units. Arts Plaza provides an urban oasis to enhance the lives of everyone that lives, works and visits the Arts District. One Arts Plaza's prominent location at the eastern end of Flora Street makes it the focal point of the entire Arts District. The Plaza, adorned with dynamic fountains, is alive with five restaurants, live music and outdoor entertainment making it a true destination.
