Lake Cliff Tower
Lake Cliff Tower, originally named Cliff Towers, is a twelve story landmark building, converted into luxury condominiums. This beautiful historic building opened in 1932 as a hotel and luxury apartments, it became senior housing in the 1950’s, a nursing home in the 1960’s, and closed in 2000 when the owner could not afford repairs and code compliance. Completely renovated in 2005-2006, Lake Cliff Tower is located south of the Trinity River, about a mile on the Houston Street viaduct from Downtown Dallas, at the gateway to Oak Cliff. The property looks out on Founders Park and Lake Cliff Park.
