George Bannerman Dealey Statue

Although it often goes unnoticed by most visitors since it is in the area where President John F. Kennedy was assassinated, a statue was built in Dealey Plaza in 1947 to honor its namesake, George Bannerman Dealey. The statue stands on the south half of Dealey Plaza behind the reflecting pool on Houston Street.
