Jane’s Lane at Klyde Warren Park with Museum Tower
Located on the edge of the Arts District between Downtown Dallas and Uptown, Klyde Warren Park is an urban park that stretches three city blocks between Pearl and St. Paul streets on top of the below-grade Woodall Rodgers Freeway. A central gathering space for Dallas and its visitors, Klyde Warren Park is a highly active space that offers jogging trails, a dog park, children’s playground, restaurant, performance stage, fountains, an area for games and more. Spanning the entire length of the park, Jane’s Lane is a 25-foot-wide lighted granite allée lined with red oaks, wooden benches and arches perfect for jogging or strolling. A 42-story skyscraper in the Arts District, Museum Tower was completed in January 2013. The tallest new structure built in the city in recent years, Museum Tower is the second tallest all-residential building in Dallas. Designed by architect Scott Johnson to evoke the clean, bold lines of a Doric column, Museum Tower represents a classic modern form derived from intersecting ellipses. Wrapped by broad and curving glass sails, the sleek tower offers understated and refined beauty coupled with sweeping views of Dallas from within.
