Park Plaza

Bounded by Young, Ervay, Marilla and Akard streets, Park Plaza is a two-block-long and one-block-wide plaza in front of City Hall. The plaza includes a 180-foot-diameter reflecting pool with large floating sculptures designed by artist Marta Pan, a variable-height fountain and three distinctive 84-foot-high flagpoles. Park Plaza also features landscaping that includes trees native to Texas: live oaks and red oaks.
