Magnolia Hotel Dallas

One of the city’s most recognized buildings, the Magnolia Hotel Dallas is where upscale modern meets historic urban architecture. Signified for decades by the illuminated Pegasus–The Flying Red Horse shining brightly from its roof, the beautiful boutique hotel is located in the Magnolia Petroleum Company Building. Built in 1922, the 400-foot-high, 29-story building was the city’s first skyscraper and the first high-rise in the United States with air conditioning.
