Crescent Court

Built in 1985 and designed by Johnson/Burgee, Crescent Court is a mixed-use complex on a triangular site in Uptown that features three 16-story office buildings, a high-end retail center and a luxury hotel, Hotel Crescent Court. The curved façades of the buildings were derived from 18th-century British architecture, the mansard roof is inspired by French architecture and the grill work that goes up the sides of the skyscrapers is copied intentionally from the Ashton Villa, a Victorian house in Galveston, Texas.
