Hunt Consolidated Headquarters

Setting a new standard in corporate facilities, the Hunt Consolidated Headquarters has become an iconic component of the Dallas architectural scene. Developed by TBG, its extraordinary plan shows the relationship between architecture and landscape, built and organic, interior and exterior. Emphasized by coordinated interior and exterior fountains and a seamless integration between outdoor and interior spaces, the design includes a choreographed elliptical fountain that wraps around the building’s front façade and seemingly permeates the downstairs lobby. In addition, an eighth-floor rooftop garden affords a superb space with stunning vistas and an array of native and adaptive drought-tolerant plants that are watered by the building’s highly efficient drip irrigation system.
